To Apply for Salaried Positions
Open salaried positions are listed on the right, to find the position descriptions you must click the apply button where you will be required to complete a short registration form. A link will then redirect you to where you may search the Panama City job descriptions listed for GKN Panama City. Please have your resume ready before entering the process. An electronic copy of your resume may be uploaded to your account. GKN is urging interested applicants to apply NOW, so that they can set up appointments with qualified individuals at the two Job Fairs.
To Apply for Hourly Positions
A multi-step process leads to the opportunity for an interview with GKN. When you click on the hourly position of your choice, you will first register, then complete a brief initial application. If you meet the qualifications required, you will be contacted to take part in a Ready to Work Assessment at the CareerSource Gulf Coast Panama City Job Center or the CareerSource Okaloosa Walton Job Center, which ever is closest to you. Based on your assessment results, you may be selected for an interview to determine whether you will move on to free pre-hire training. The training program is a commitment of 40 hours on evenings, weekends or both. Once this fifth step is complete, you may be scheduled for an interview with GKN.
